Should the bars be refrigerated?

Yes. Since we do not use toxic chemicals & food processes meant to extend shelf life, we recommend refrigerating or consuming within 72 hours.

What allergens are present?

All our bars are gluten, soy, and dairy free. Our Peanut Chocolate Passion contains peanuts and may contain almonds, while Dreamy Dark Chocolate and French Toast Temptation both contain almonds and may contain peanuts. If you have any other nutrition questions, feel free to contact us.

How do I apply a discount code to my order?

To apply a discount code, enter it in the 'Promo Code' or 'Discount Code' box at checkout. Currently, we offer discounts that are applied automatically based on your order—such as special savings when you purchase a certain number of boxes or free shipping on orders of 4 boxes or more.

Do you provide any samples?

We currently do not provide samples unless you are a potential Wholesale buyer. Please see our Wholesale page for more info.

Do you offer returns & refunds?

At Breakup With Cake, we craft our bars fresh with real, refrigerated ingredients—and that means we do things differently. Because our products are perishable and require refrigeration, we’re unable to accept returns or restock items once they’ve left our facility.

Do you offer wholesale or retail?

As of now, we offer both. For retail purchases, you can buy directly from our online store. For wholesale inquiries, you can get more information here.

Can I customize the mix of flavors in a package?

As of now, our boxes only come in one flavor, though you can select different flavors in your Mix & Match bundles.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day, and the delivery typically takes 3-5 days within the US.

How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking information. Not seeing the email? Make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder. If you don't see it & would still like your tracking number email us at hi@breakupwithcake.com.

What are the shipping options?

We partner with UPS and USPS for shipping within the United States.

Can I update my shipping address, edit, or cancel my order once I place it?

Orders are generally shipped on the same day, but we'll do our best to accommodate any changes. If you need to update your address, edit, or cancel your order, please email us at hi@breakupwithcake.com with your order number.
